Why did we dine here? – Eylan is the latest restaurant from Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra. We liked those two spots, so we had to give this a try. Judging from the reservation site, we knew this place is already a hot ticket. Loud and crowded, they already are busy. Each restaurant has different decor and food making it more interesting. This location is situated in a brand new high end development. Eylan seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, so we tried to focus on items touch by it. Insider Tip – Reserve early Cuisine – Indian Location – Menlo Park Opened – January 2025 Service – Eylan had excellent service. Lots of staff to help you with all your needs. Never needed to ask for water or a change of plate. Great help navigating the menu. Verdict – Eylan serves up excellent food in beautiful surroundings. The service was better than we expected.
