Why did we dine here? – Harborview Restaurant is located in 4 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco. It takes the place of Crystal Jade, which spend $14 remodeling the space. This restaurant is run the founder of by the well established R & G Lounge Kinson Wong. Weekend and evening parking validation available. Last visit Spring 2021 during the Pandemic We dined outside on the patio (Beautiful views) They allocate outside vs inside based on space, not reservations Good distance between tables Unfortunately most diners didn’t wear masks while waiting for food $10 discount for sharing a picture on social media! Insider Tip – Order selectively, they are $$$$ Cuisine – Cantonese Chinese Location – San Francisco Financial District Opened – 2018 Service – Harborview service was scattered in the early days. We had to hail them to do anything. Verdict – Harborview has decent food in a beautiful atmosphere. Hopefully they can stick around. Price are high, but this should be no surprise.
